We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to lead, coach, and inspire our team to achieve strong sales performance while maintaining a positive, supportive work environment.

This role is ideal for a leader who can confidently guide a team, develop sales skills through hands-on coaching, and work independently to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily call center operations
• Coach team members on sales techniques, communication, and performance improvement
• Motivate and encourage staff to meet and exceed sales goals
• Monitor call quality, metrics, and individual performance
• Provide constructive feedback, training, and ongoing development
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture while holding team members accountable
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
• Work independently to manage priorities and solve problems as they arise
