The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Job Levels Automotive Technician Level 2 – Hourly Pay Range: $22.02 – $33.08 per hour. $3,000 Bonus for New Hires. Senior Automotive Technician – Hourly Pay Range: $26.73 – $40.10 per hour. $3,000 Bonus for New Hires. Work Schedule Sunday – Thursday, Day Shift. Key Responsibilities – Level 2 Provide highly skilled maintenance and repairs for all vehicles. Perform diagnostics which may include brake components, tires, suspension components, drivability and complete repairs. Perform advanced diagnostics which may include charging, starting, AC, OBDII, drivability, electrical systems and complete repairs. Complete mechanical inspection including required measurements which may include interior/exterior components, engine and drive line components, under hood inspection and document deficiencies. Comply with applicable procedures and regulations regarding recyclables, fluids, tires and disposable trash. May be required to perform OEM recalls. Key Responsibilities – Senior Level Work independently or in a team environment. Perform advanced diagnostics. Clutch and transmission replacement. Identify required parts and partner with our parts & procurement teams to acquire necessary parts, supplies and materials. Alert team lead and/or management about difficult issues, patterns and trends. May upfit new vehicles with necessary equipment. May be required to perform OEM recalls. Minimum Qualifications – Level 2 3+ years of vehicle service and repair experience. Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required. Ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles. Preferred: A high school diploma or GED. Current ASE Certification: G1, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8 when required by leadership. Minimum Qualifications – Senior Level 5+ years of automotive service and repair experience. Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required. Ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles. Preferred: A high school diploma or GED. Current ASE Certifications: A1-9, (L1 in emission states) when required by leadership.
