In addition to your competitive salary, we offer market-leading benefits and perks:A selection of comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans401k with 100% match up to 6%, immediately vested upon enrollmentScholarships and paid professional developmentWellness Spending AccountCellphone ReimbursementOn-site gymMental Health ReimbursementChildcare Reimbursement$2,000 annual HRA and HSA contributionFree catered lunches + fully stocked kitchenParental Paid LeaveFlexible Spending AccountLiving Generously program with 100% charitable contribution matchWhat You'll DoThe successful candidate will fulfill the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:Develop compelling, professional visual designs that communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and the public.Interpret and distill highly technical information into clear, engaging visuals for mainstream audiences.Design and produce a wide range of creative assets, including:Print materials (posters, flyers, direct mail, reports)Digital marketing assets (social media graphics, email campaigns)PresentationsInteractive media (GIFs, animations, video)WebsitesBranding (logos, style guides, visual identity systems)Support marketing and brand initiatives through email marketing, website content management, event materials, promotional products, office signage, presentations, and other print and digital assets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives while managing multiple projects and priorities.Who You AreBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, with 3+ years of graphic design experience.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Experience designing, building, and maintaining websites using WordPress and Webflow is strongly preferred.Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus, but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.Strong understanding of digital design, layout, typography, and visual communication across print and web.Excellent creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.We are an equal opportunity employer.
