Retail Brand Specialist

Responsibilities Represent nationally recognized client brands through professional face-to-face customer interactions in a retail environment. Educate customers about products and services while identifying solutions that fit their needs. Support in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events to increase brand awareness. Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing exceptional service. Collaborate with sales and marketing team members to achieve individual and team goals. Participate in ongoing product knowledge and professional development training. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
