Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans
• Administer physical therapy treatments to restore function and prevent disability
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Assess and manage patient pain impacting rehabilitation outcomes
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments across all age groups
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for optimal patient care
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, aides, and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standards
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes
• Participate in departmental operations, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active State Physical Therapist license
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy, and physiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple responsibilities

• Ability to work with diverse patient populations (neonates to geriatrics)
• Maintain department cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality
• Flexible, organized, and able to perform under pressure
• Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and compliance standards
