In a Machine Operator job, you'll be responsible for:
- Operating manufacturing machinery and production equipment to meet daily production goals
- Setting up machines and making basic adjustments to ensure efficient operation
- Loading raw materials into machines and removing finished products
- Monitoring machine performance and identifying equipment issues
- Performing routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Completing production reports and maintaining accurate documentation
- Assisting with basic troubleshooting and preventive machine maintenance
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred but not requiredwe're willing to train motivated candidates
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn production equipment
- Ability to read work instructions and production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

- 2nd Shift: Monday Thursday | 4:00 PM 2:30 AM
- 1st Shift: $14.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: $14.50/hour
