Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, NY. This position involves managing a portfolio of properties, conducting site visits, and guiding potential clients through the full sales and leasing cycle, from initial inquiry to closing. The Senior Property Consultant will identify client needs, present suitable property options, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms in line with company policies. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate property and client records, monitoring market trends, collaborating with marketing to promote listings, and providing regular performance reports. The role also requires building long‑term client relationships, supporting after‑sales services, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to regulatory requirements. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in property consulting, real estate sales, or brokerage, with a strong track record in managing residential and/or commercial portfolios. Solid knowledge of local real estate market dynamics, pricing strategies, and regulatory frameworks, especially in Cairo, NY and surrounding areas. Strong client‑facing skills, including consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management, with the ability to handle complex transactions. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage. Ability to analyze market data, prepare reports, and use CRM and property listing platforms effectively to manage leads and activities. Proven organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple clients, properties, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. High level of professional ethics, integrity, and commitment to non‑discriminatory, inclusive client service.
