About the Role:
Join YARDZ TECHNOLOGIES INC as a Cold Calling Representative and be the voice of our innovative solutions! In this dynamic role, you'll engage with potential clients, showcasing our cutting-edge services and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage leads.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets to drive sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling or tele-sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
