Executive Housekeeper, Full Time, Live Out

A family, in Dallas, needs to hire an Executive Housekeeper. Responsibilities include: Directly supervise a team of housekeepers, assigning daily and weekly cleaning areas and tasks. Developing and maintaining deep cleaning schedules across all areas of the home. Conducting regular quality checks and providing coaching and feedback to staff. Identifying staffing needs and communicating gaps or performance issues to household management. Actively participating in daily housekeeping alongside the team. Managing household errands, assisting with event preparation and guest arrivals/deliveries. Monitoring the inventory of cleaning supplies and communicating restocking needs to the household operations assistant, who maintains and restocks all household inventory. Schedule: Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm, requiring flexibility and availability beyond a standard schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional on‑call response.
