Aerie - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours)

YOUR ROLE As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you keep product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO brand standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day. Your Responsibilities Passionate about brand standards and a go‑getter for keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. Master the stockroom by keeping it running efficiently and productively: merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized. Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a game plan and take action to correct it. Support teamwork by helping fellow team members complete non‑stock‑related tasks or assist guests. Prioritize safety: follow asset‑protection standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
