Seeking a Bookkeeper for a well-established company!

Job duties include:

• Record daily financial transactions (purchases, sales receipts, payments)
• Maintain and update the general ledger
• Prepare trial balances
• Manage accounts payables and receivables, including invoicing and payment processing
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely tax filings
• Produce financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements to monitor cash flow

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and full cycle accounting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
