Position Overview The Southern Illinois University Edwardsville School of Nursing is accepting resume packages for various part‑time, non‑tenure, semester term appointments for the 2025‑2026 academic year. These positions will include teaching responsibilities in graduate programs in the area of Nurse Anesthesia. Key Responsibilities Teach graduate Nurse Anesthesia courses. Provide instruction and mentorship to graduate nursing students. Contribute to scholarly activities, including research, community service, and compassionate care initiatives. Terms of Appointment Semester term appointment; percentage varies. Source of Funds State. Qualifications Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) required; doctorate (PhD, EdD, DNS, DNSc, DNP) preferred and required for graduate faculty positions. At least two years of clinical experience in the specialty area being applied for. Previous teaching experience in a baccalaureate nursing program preferred. Registered Nurse licensure in Illinois and Missouri required.
