This role supports solar installation crews in the field, helping maintain efficient workflows and safe job sites while gaining hands‑on experience in renewable energy systems. What We’re Looking For: Responsible Drive to Client Sites: Hit the road in our company truck, ensuring prompt and professional arrival at client locations. Ensure Project Completion and Customer Satisfaction: From start to finish, guarantee the successful execution of projects while prioritizing customer happiness. Promote Safety, Quality, and Productivity: Uphold our commitment to safety, quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and efficient productivity on every job site. Expert Conduit Bending: Showcase your professional conduit bending skills with precision and finesse. Install Solar PV Systems: Take the lead in installing residential solar PV systems, including electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices, according to contract specifications and design requirements. Adhere to Electrical Codes: Ensure all electrical work meets or exceeds current National Electrical Code and local jurisdiction requirements, maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Put your problem‑solving skills to the test by troubleshooting PV systems and resolving electrical issues efficiently. Coordinate with Inspectors: Oversee interactions with local inspectors, effectively communicating project details and ensuring compliance with jurisdiction requirements. Collaborate with Project Management: Work closely with the territory Project Manager and Coordinator to coordinate project logistics and ensure smooth execution. Maintain Safety Standards: Uphold and enforce safety protocols and training programs to ensure a secure work environment for all team members. Direct Reporting: Report directly to the Project Manager, providing updates on project status and addressing any escalations promptly and professionally. Journeyman Electrician Requirements: Any sort of industrial construction experience of any duration!
