Registered Nurse – Hospice Care

Schedule: Days: Monday to Friday with some weekend coverage

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 16 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• OASIS experience required
• Home health experience required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate end-of-life care, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of patients and their families.
• Deliver expert pain and symptom management, offering comfort and support during challenging times.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, local physicians, and community providers to optimize the quality of life for patients.
