Responsibilities Provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface; perform administrative duties necessary for efficient operations; promote continued sales and generate potential incremental revenue wherever possible. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (college diploma preferred) Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations (preferred) Knowledge of FedEx Express and Ground products and services (preferred) Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrent training Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver any package up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment Must complete and achieve minimum thresholds on any mandatory testing and training Operate in a PC Windows environment Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills Good analytical and problem‑solving skills Good negotiation skills Ability to handle stress and work in a highly pressured, monitored and changing work environment If residing in Quebec, bilingual (French and English) Preferred Qualifications Shift: Tuesday to Saturday 15:00 to 18:30 Employment Equity Statement At FedEx our value of Taking Care of Each Other is reflected in our commitment to being an inclusive employer, one that represents the diversity of our customers and the communities in which we serve.
