We are seeking a motivated Insurance Customer Service Sales Representative to

join our team. This role offers a base salary ranging from $35,000 to $50,000, with

additional opportunities for commission and bonuses. You will be responsible for

enhancing client relationships, supporting sales goals, and ensuring a high level of

customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone ready to grow their career, with the

potential to move into an office manager position in the future. A license is required

before starting, and we will support you with study materials and cover the initial costs.

Responsibilities

• Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing customers.
• Perform risk analysis and field underwriting to match products with customer needs
• Serve as a client and claims liaison, managing communication and resolution of issues
• Handle general customer service duties, including responding to inquiries and resolving compaints
• Determine customer requirements to help identify specific products and solutions
• Solicit, sell, and negotiate new business policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

Requirements

Ability to obtain a required insurance license before starting, with support provided by the agency

Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented with quick-learning and critical-thinking abilities.
