Associate Director, Statistical Programming

Tango Therapeutics

Tango Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director of Statistical Programming to lead clinical trial programming activities, manage analysis datasets and regulatory submissions, and oversee statistical computing infrastructure. The role reports to the Senior Director and requires expertise in SAS, CDISC standards, and FDA/EMA submission processes for a clinical-stage oncology company.

Responsibilities

Lead statistical programming for clinical trials, delivering CSR, publications, and regulatory submission outputs
Develop, validate, and maintain analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures per regulatory guidelines
Perform complex SAS analyses and simulations to support trial design and data interpretation
Manage CRO relationships and oversee quality of external statistical programming deliverables
Collaborate with biostatisticians, data managers, and cross-functional teams on programming strategies

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, life sciences, computer science, or related field
At least 8 years of statistical programming experience in clinical trials
Expert-level SAS programming proficiency (Base, Macro, STAT, GRAPH, SQL)
Knowledge of CDISC standards, eCTD, and regulatory reporting requirements
Experience with SDTM and ADaM dataset development and validation
Understanding of FDA and EMA submission processes
