Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (18:00–06:30) | Every 3rd weekend | Holidays as assigned | On-call: 3 weekday day shifts per month and 1 weekend call every 12 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans including neuro, MSK, and abdominal imaging
• Conduct specialty exams such as breast MRI, enterography, and imaging of patients with pacemakers
• Operate Siemens 1.5T scanners safely and proficiently
• Scan ICU patients using MRI-safe ventilator, IVAC, and monitoring equipment
• Document patient care and imaging data using EPIC EMR
• Float to other units as needed per facility policy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI Technologist experience (candidates with 1.5 years may be considered with strong Level I or large hospital background)
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board) certification required
• BLS Certification required
• Hands-on experience with Siemens MRI scanners required
• EPIC EMR charting experience required
• Must live more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cardiac MRI experience is a strong plus
• Experience with IV starts strongly preferred
