This position covers multiple properties located within the same complex and responsibilities include performing preventative and repair maintenance on equipment, buildings and grounds.Responsibilities include performing and/or overseeing major repairs and preventative maintenance work to ensure operation quality standards are achieved and maintained. Experience in light plumbing, electrical repairs and HVAC certification is required.Requirements:EPA certification in refrigerant handlingProficient in HVAC trouble shooting and repairBasic skills in light plumbing, electrical & general building maintenanceBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience:Maintenance / Engineer: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:HVAC Certification (Required)
