We are seeking Plumbers or people who have building maintenance experience to join our team!
Prior experience is required.
Responsibilities:- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete plumbing tasks effectively.
- Perform pipe threading and assembly of various plumbing components.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, to ensure comprehensive project completion.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks.
- Handle heavy lifting as necessary during installations or repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
- Experience as a plumber or in a related maintenance role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
- A valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
