Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships

We are looking for a high-impact Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships to lead our expansion into new markets and vertical SaaS ecosystems. Your mission is to identify, sign, and activate high-value partners—specifically focusing on Vertical SaaS providers and Technology Resellers—to embed our accessibility solutions into the fabric of the digital world. In addition, you’ll have a book of existing partners which you’ll be tasked to grow. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing : Identify and penetrate untapped partners, specifically targeting Vertical SaaS platforms and Tech Resellers who can benefit from integrated accessibility features. Complex Deal Origination : Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for complex partnership agreements, navigating legal, technical, and commercial hurdles with high business acumen. Market Distribution : Formulate and execute strategies to increase our platform’s distribution, ensuring accessibility becomes a core value prop for our partners' end users. Partner Activation & Enablement : Transition signed partners from "contract" to "active." You will design and lead co-sell and co-marketing motions to ensure our partners are motivated and equipped to drive revenue. Ecosystem Advocacy : Act as a thought leader, educating partners on the ROI of accessibility and the evolving global compliance landscape. Qualifications Experience : 8+ years in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales within the SaaS/Tech industry. Domain Knowledge : Previous experience with accessibility tech, EdTech, FinTech, or highly regulated software industries is a major plus.
