You’ll shape client solutions, support sales pursuits, partner with senior leaders, and contribute to mobilization and delivery excellence.This role combines accounting domain expertise, managed services solutioning, Energy, Resources & Industrials Industry experience, commercial acumen, and strong client leadership.Work You’ll DoAs a Manager, Solution Delivery, you will:Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership / Record-to-Report opportunities within the Energy, Resources & Industrials IndustryLead business development activities, sales pursuits, proposal development, client presentations, pre-request for proposal materials, and request for proposal responses for Finance Operate opportunitiesManage Finance Operate deal flow for the Energy, Resources & Industrials sector, including pipeline visibility, opportunity qualification, pursuit prioritization, solution coordination, and handoff to mobilization and delivery teamsLead or support engagement mobilization and ongoing delivery, including governance setup, transition planning, service management, issue resolution, and operational reportingDrive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and technology enablement across finance operations engagementsA successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to othersThe teamOur Finance Operate offering provides ongoing operation of the finance function as an extension of Deloitte’s broader Finance Transformation portfolio. We help organizations improve finance performance through managed services across key domains such as Controllership / Record-to-Report, FP&A, Treasury, and Finance Technology. Our professionals combine finance domain expertise, operational discipline, technology-enabled delivery, and deep industry experiences to help clients achieve sustainable outcomes at scale.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, record-to-report operations, or finance transformation6+ years of experience in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations6+ years of experience working within the Energy, Resources & Industrials Industry or serving Energy, Resources & Industrials clientsExperience supporting or leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed servicesAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldActive Certified Public Accountant licenseExperience in audit, controllership, or finance transformationExperience with enterprise resource planning platforms or finance technologies, including SAP, Oracle, Workday, BlackLine, or OneStreamExperience supporting process improvement, automation, or service delivery transformation initiatives12+ years of experience in finance, controllership, managed services, or solution delivery The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $122,000 to $240,500. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
