We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Commercial Janitorial Area Supervisor to oversee evening cleaning operations and support our growing team.Position: Full-Time Day Shift Area SupervisorSchedule: Day Shift (Full-Time)Industry: Commercial Janitorial ServicesPosition SummaryThe Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple commercial cleaning accounts during evening operations. This role ensures quality service delivery, staff supervision, training, inspections, supply management, and strong client satisfaction.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise evening cleaning crews across multiple locationsConduct routine quality inspections and ensure cleaning standards are metTrain, coach, and support janitorial staffAddress staffing needs, scheduling issues, and attendance concernsMaintain positive customer relationships and respond to service concernsDeliver supplies, equipment, and site support as neededComplete reports, inspections, and documentation accuratelyEnsure compliance with safety policies and company proceduresQualificationsPrevious supervisory or management experience preferredCommercial cleaning/janitorial experience strongly preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple sitesReliable transportation and valid driver's license requiredAbility to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and suppliesMust be dependable, professional, and detail- orientedRequirementsBackground CheckDrug TestMotor Vehicle ReportAbility to Lift up to 50 Lbs.The following requirements are client specific for contracted medical facilities. Area Supervisors providing oversight to these locations will be required to hold and/or complete some and/or all the following additional job requirements unless medical and/or religious exemption is granted.Client specific educational on-line learning modulesOffice of Inspector General background verificationTB Test or record thereof (within the last 6 months)Flu Shot or record thereofDocumented proof of immunity to Rubella and Rubeola, and Hepatitis B.
