Job Description The University of Nevada, Reno, School of Public Health is seeking organized, flexible and independent candidates for a full-time Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will oversee aspects of multiple grant-funded research projects focused on reduction of substance use-related morbidity and mortality within the School of Public Health. This position supports the Principal Investigator and research group members to meet current study goals and expand the research group's capacity to conduct extramurally-funded research on substance use. Join our diverse and supportive team of professionals, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students to build rapport and trust with people who use drugs in Northern Nevada. The Project Coordinator will work primarily on an NIH-funded, longitudinal mixed methods study that is following a cohort of 300 people who use drugs to examine outcomes associated with responding to drug overdoses. The Project Coordinator may also provide support across other existing and future projects. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

- Leading a team to complete study interviews, monthly contact updates with participants, and street-based outreach efforts and to locate study participants, according to established study protocols;
- Conducting quality assurance reviews of study data including qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys;
- Coordinating with the PI, Field Site Director, and other research staff to ensure field site and outreach operations are working efficiently across all projects;
- Creating and maintaining standard operating procedure manuals for research projects and ensuring compliance;
- Managing ongoing meetings of the Community Advisory Board;
- Ensuring required grant and other regulatory documentation is completed accurately and submitted to funders and other responsible parties according to stated deadlines;
- As needed, conducting qualitative and quantitative data collection and/or analysis, either independently or in collaboration with other research team members, to support dissemination of research findings.
