Customer Service Representative We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a primary point of contact for customers. This role involves answering incoming calls, providing accurate information, and placing outbound customer service or satisfaction calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upholding service standards and ensuring telephone coverage during operational hours. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate and appropriate information to callers. Place outbound customer service or customer satisfaction calls as required. Complete call guides, gathering and verifying required information. Attend telephone skills and program information training sessions. Adhere to established levels of service and customer service documentation standards. Adhere to call center scheduling to ensure telephone coverage during hours of operation. Perform clerical or administrative duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. Experience: Zero or more years of customer service or other telephone experience. Skills: Basic communication skills. Ability to follow oral and written directions. Ability to meet professional standards. Preferred Qualifications Call center experience is preferred. Work Environment This position operates in an office environment.
