An established commercial real estate brokerage is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial and relationship-driven Commercial Real Estate Associates to join its growing team across Greater Boston and Western Massachusetts. You will work alongside experienced brokers and industry professionals while gaining hands-on exposure to commercial leasing, property sales, investment opportunities and client representation.

In this role, you will develop relationships with property owners, tenants, investors and prospective clients while building and managing your own pipeline of opportunities. You will be encouraged to take initiative, develop your market expertise and gradually establish a personal book of business.The position is full-time and 100% commission-based, offering significant earning potential for individuals who are driven to develop business, build relationships and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities: Prospect for new business through cold calling, outbound outreach, networking and relationship development. Identify, qualify and engage prospective property owners, tenants, investors and commercial real estate clients. Build, manage and consistently develop a personal pipeline of commercial real estate opportunities. Research local markets, monitor commercial real estate trends and identify emerging business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, brokers and other industry professionals. Conduct property tours and assist clients in evaluating commercial real estate opportunities. Prepare proposals, presentations, market materials and other client-facing documentation. Participate in commercial lease and sale transactions from initial prospecting through negotiation and closing. Attend client meetings, networking events, property tours and industry events to expand market presence and relationships. Maintain accurate prospect, client and transaction information within CRM systems. Work closely with experienced brokers to strengthen market knowledge, prospecting strategies, sales techniques and transaction expertise. Develop negotiation and client communication skills while taking increasing ownership of business development activities. Continuously identify opportunities to expand business, deepen client relationships and establish a strong personal book of business.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 1 3 years of sales, business development or client-facing experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills. Motivated, competitive and entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to engage in outbound prospecting and cold calling. Strong work ethic and genuine interest in building a long-term career in commercial real estate. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving and business development abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience with CRM platforms is a plus. Willingness to travel locally for prospecting, client meetings, property tours and networking events. Positive attitude, coachability and willingness to learn from experienced commercial real estate professionals. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative brokerage environment.
