Real Estate Associate
Our client is seeking a savvy real estate associate (either a 3rd or 5th year) with experience in construction or land zoning & mergers and acquisitions. Excellent opportunity to work with a great team in a downtown law firm. Salary commensurate with experience. - complex transactions
- drafting and negotiating documents
- purchase, sale and financing of commercial assets
- formation of joint ventures
- capital markets transactions
Education and Background (In addition to a law degree)
- outstanding academic credentials
- comparable law firm experience
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary: 185,000- 210,000
