Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Lafayette, Indiana. This role involves providing specialized care within a neurological, trauma, and medical ICU setting. The nurse will work on a 12-hour shift schedule, delivering critical patient care aligned with unit protocols and clinical standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting from 09/21/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN licensure, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NIH (National Institutes of Health) certification, cardiac rhythm knowledge (must pass facility test with 90%), 3-5 years of critical care experience, and ICU experience in neuro/trama/medical settings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with step-down/progressive care units, TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) or TCAR certification.
• Additional Information: The unit is acuity adaptable with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:4. Equipment includes vents, IV pumps, CRRT, Bipap, Ekos, and chest tubes. EMR system utilized is Epic. The nurse should be a hard worker, punctual, reliable, and outgoing. Dress code is navy blue scrubs, with no unacceptable attire such as sweatshirts or visible facial piercings. First-day instructions include completing multiple competency-based training modules as assigned by staff education.
