Principal Infrastructure Engineer - Networking

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• We look for formal training or certification in infrastructure specialties, along with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• We need experience in network architecture, design, and engineering in large enterprise environments.
• We require deep technical expertise in data center networking technologies such as Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Nexus, ACI, BGP, EVPN, and VXLAN.
• We expect hands-on experience with routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and IS-IS.
• We value knowledge of switching concepts such as VLANs, STP, VPC/MLAG, and stacking.
• We require practical experience with Cisco and Arista platforms, including Nexus Series and Catalyst.
• We need strong experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, and CI/CD pipelines for network infrastructure.
• We look for experience with Arista CVP, AVD, Cisco NFM, and Cisco Network as Code.
• We expect a proven track record in leading stability and resiliency initiatives, including change management, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• We require demonstrated experience influencing highly matrixed, complex organizations and delivering results at scale.
• We need experience leading complex projects that support infrastructure engineering design, scaling, resilience, and system performance evaluation.
• We require strong documentation skills for technical projects and processes.
