- Targeting candidates with 10-12 years of overall software engineering experience.
- Proven experience leading enterprise application development initiatives and mentoring technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience developing Microsoft Power Apps Canvas applications.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Dataverse and Microsoft Fabric.
- Proven track record designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions.
- Strong UX/UI design skills with the ability to create intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly applications.
- Experience modernizing, optimizing, and refactoring existing applications to improve performance, maintainability, and user experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Power Automate and development of production-grade automated workflows.
- Deep understanding of SharePoint, Dataverse architecture, data modeling, and system integrations.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable workflow automation solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of Power Platform solutions that support product launch operations.
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end process for introducing and launching new products across the organization.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and deliver effective technology solutions.
- Ensure applications, integrations, and workflows are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams while promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
- Drive solution design decisions, architecture discussions, and implementation strategies to support long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business-critical initiatives.
