Machine Oiler Coolant Technician

Job DetailsDuties/Responsibilities:Check, maintain, and replenish coolant levels in CNC machines.Monitor coolant concentration using testing equipment and adjust as needed.Fill and maintain machine lubrication systems with the appropriate oils and lubricants.Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks on CNC machines.Clean coolant tanks, filters, and machine reservoirs.Remove chips and debris from machines as needed.Safely dispose of used coolant, oils, and waste materials according to company and environmental guidelines.Inspect machines for fluid leaks, unusual noises, or maintenance concerns and report findings to Maintenance.Maintain accurate maintenance and fluid level records.Keep work areas clean and organized using 5S principles.Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.Assist maintenance personnel with basic machine upkeep and other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:High school diploma or GED preferred.Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Basic math skills.Strong attention to detail and reliability.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education and Experience:Experience working in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.Familiarity with CNC equipment, machine lubrication, or coolant systems.Basic mechanical or maintenance experience.Forklift experience is a plus.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
