Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Record and report daily field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM, ensuring accurate notes and pipeline updates.


• Manage client relationships with a focus on growth, renewal, and identifying cross-sell opportunities.


• Lead training sessions and contribute to leadership development initiatives to raise team capability.


• Exhibit excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in all administrative tasks.


• Prioritize tasks effectively and delegate responsibilities to team members when appropriate.


• Represent the company by actively engaging in community activities, local chambers of commerce, and employer events.
