You’ll read blueprints and use a tape measure to help ensure UT-passable welds through accurate fit-up. No pole experience is required to start; our Fitter Trainee pathway and dedicated Fitter Trainer will teach you the tapered tubular pole fit-up from the ground up, with a defined ladder that increases pay as you certify at #J-18808-Ljbffr MICA Steelworks
