Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in the local area. This role involves providing high-quality perioperative care, supporting surgical teams, and ensuring patient safety before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Job Details

• Position Description: Responsible for assisting in surgical procedures, monitoring patient status, and maintaining sterile environments in the operating room.
• Required Qualifications: 3 years of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience; graduate of an accredited nursing program; current or active Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided; Basic Life Support certification.
• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field; three to five years of operating room circulating and scrubbing experience. Current or future bachelors degree in nursing or related field preferred. Certification in Nurse Operating Room (CNOR), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Additional Information: Experience with pre-op area skills and IV start skills is preferred. This role may require float rotation. Candidates should possess strong intraoperative skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment.
