Overview The Food & Beverage Manager assists department head in oversight of the activities of the food and beverage departments. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and insure outstanding customer service. Interviews, trains, supervises, coaches, schedules, and manages staff. Responsibilities Overseeing recruitment, staff scheduling and ongoing training to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service Facilitating superior guest experiences, including addressing customer complaints Managing all food and beverage operations Training, mentoring, and supervising staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Addressing complaints, maintaining service standards, and creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage budgets and control costs Proficient in menu planning and development Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays ServSafe certification is a plus Benefits Davidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
