HR Operations Specialist

To support a growing global workforce, the full-time remote Global People Operations Specialist will manage employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, and compliance while enhancing the employee experience across the US and Canada. Key responsibilities Administer benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries Manage leave of absence programs and maintain compliance documentation across assigned geographies Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and compensation changes Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or a related field Experience managing leave of absence programs and administering employee benefits Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive work Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands Experience partnering across functions to deliver operational processes and employee support
