Schedule/Hours Travel assignment, flexible shifts available Qualifications & Desired Experience Valid credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Pediatric care experience preferred Strong proficiency in clinical respiratory procedures and equipment Key Responsibilities Deliver medicated aerosol therapy using small-volume and vibrating mesh nebulizers Provide patient and family education for aerosol, MDI, and DPI therapy Administer airway clearance therapies: chest clapping, vibration, cough assist, PEP, oscillatory PEP, and hyperinflation therapy Support invasive and non-invasive ventilation: CPAP, BiPAP, NIMV, mechanical ventilation, and negative pressure ventilation Conduct blood gas sampling, analysis, and interpretation Perform high-risk delivery support, surfactant administration, and neonatal rapid response Manage airway, perform suctioning, tracheostomy care, manual ventilation, and intubation assistance Monitor patients with pulse oximetry, capnography, ventilator graphics, and respiratory studies Participate in respiratory care protocols: asthma, CF, RDS, BPD, HFNC, nitric oxide, and consult services Oversee transport of patients and equipment, including high-flow oxygen devices and portable ventilators Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained to optimal standards Benefits & Perks Tax-advantaged travel stipends to support accommodation and living expenses Personalized travel assistance for hassle-free relocation Premium compensation to recognize your specialized skillset Comprehensive healthcare coverage and retirement plan with 401(k) Solid job security in a respected healthcare environment Embark on a new chapter where clinical excellence meets adventure.
