Human Resources Specialist

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Specialist – Recruiting who is passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers while creating an exceptional candidate and new hire experience. In this highly visible role, you'll own the recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding, partner with leaders across the organization, and help shape the workforce that drives the company's continued success. Benefits & Extras: Generous paid time off Hybrid schedule with remote Fridays Collaborative, people-focused culture with cross-functional exposure Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 annual salary DOE What You'll Be Doing: Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance Deliver an engaging onboarding and new hire orientation experience Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offer preparation Track recruiting metrics, workforce data, and organizational charts Oversee the Summer Intern Program and support employee engagement initiatives Collaborate with HR, IT, Accounting, and business leaders to improve hiring processes What You'll Need to be Considered: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience leading full-cycle recruiting and onboarding programs Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and workforce data Experience supporting relocation or expatriate hiring is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr ITAC Solutions
