Restaurant Assistant Manager – Full-Service Casual Dining
Salary: $75,000–$88,000 Annually

Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant team members
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and hospitality
- Support scheduling, labor management, and operational performance
- Deliver an excellent guest experience while fostering a positive team environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience
- Full-service restaurant experience; casual dining experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Hands-on leadership style and a passion for hospitality
- Motivated to grow with an expanding restaurant brand
