Restaurant Manager – Full-Service Casual Dining
Salary: $65,000–$87,000 + Medical Benefits & Paid Time Off
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at a full-service casual dining restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, team development, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.
- Hire, train, lead, and develop restaurant team members.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and restaurant performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience .
- Full-service restaurant and casual dining experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- High-volume restaurant experience is a plus.
