Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant General Manager to lead operations for a high-volume, full-service casual dining restaurant. This role is responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, and team development while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for hospitality, food and beverage operations, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding guest service, food quality, beverage execution, and operational consistency.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members to create a strong leadership culture.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through effective labor management, cost controls, inventory management, and operational efficiencies.
• Analyze financial reports, P&L statements, labor metrics, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead by example during peak business periods, supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, health department, and company standards.
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor budgets to maximize productivity while maintaining service excellence.
• Foster a culture focused on hospitality, accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to build loyalty and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to implement operational initiatives, achieve business objectives, and support continued growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proven success managing large teams and delivering strong financial results.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, labor forecasting, food and beverage cost controls, and inventory management.
• Experience in casual dining, sports bar, or high-volume hospitality environments preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and major sporting or promotional events.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent food safety certification preferred.
