Assistant Brand Manager Marketing

We’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support the planning and execution of brand and marketing activity across the business. You’ll work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, brand materials, customer research, promotional activity, and day-to-day coordination, helping turn brand plans into organized and effective marketing activity. We’re looking for someone who is organized, commercially aware, creative, and interested in developing their experience across brand management and marketing. A typical week could involve: Supporting brand campaigns and promotional initiatives Helping coordinate marketing projects and campaign timelines Preparing brand presentations, briefs, and marketing materials Researching customers, competitors, and market activity Supporting product and promotional launches Reviewing customer feedback and market information Updating marketing calendars and campaign information Working with creative and marketing teams on brand materials Tracking campaign activity and basic performance information Helping prepare reports and presentations for internal teams Supporting events, promotions, and customer engagement activities Maintaining organized brand files, materials, and documentation Monday to Friday The position is full-time and office-based. You’ll work alongside the wider marketing team and gain hands-on experience supporting brand activity, campaigns, and marketing projects. Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm Schedule: Monday–Friday Employment: Full-time, permanent Location: Office-based Previous experience in brand management is helpful, but we also consider candidates with backgrounds in marketing, communications, advertising, digital marketing, content, customer experience, sales support, or related roles involving research and coordination. You’ll need strong communication skills, good attention to detail, basic understanding of marketing principles, and an interest in how brands connect with customers. Experience with marketing campaigns, social media, Microsoft Office, Canva, CRM systems, reporting tools, or other marketing platforms is helpful. Training will be provided on company systems, processes, and brand activities.
