Radiology Technician-Imaging-Full Time Varied-Temecula Valley Hospital

Responsibilities Operate all diagnostic radiology equipment, including fluoroscopy, portable, and DR rooms. Perform all diagnostic radiology procedures associated with each type of equipment. Assist the radiologist during procedures by preparing the room, tray and supplies, and anticipating the needs of the physician, nursing staff, and patients. Operate CT or MR equipment, analyze body habitus to correctly adjust technical factors, and position the body correctly. Review physicians' written orders or obtain pertinent clinical data to consistently produce high-quality images. Perform other related duties as requested by the Imaging Manager / Lead or Director, including stocking rooms, maintaining a clean work area, and transporting patients. Qualifications Minimum one year experience as a registered radiology technologist in an acute care facility (preferred). Diploma from a certified school of radiology technology. Current California Radiology Technologist (CRT) with fluoroscopy licensure. Current American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) license. Current BLS (AHA) certification.
