If you have a passion for low voltage cabling, CCTV systems, and technology troubleshooting, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Be Doing As a Low Voltage Field Service Technician with Totality Solutions, you'll work within the Charleston, SC region to install, connect and troubleshoot the critical technology that powers local businesses and communities. Your responsibilities will include: * Structured cabling (installing and terminating Cat5/Cat6) * Neat cable management and labeling * Installing and troubleshooting CCTV and access control systems * Performing networking support and resolving system issues * Troubleshooting commercial IT systems to resolve customer concerns * Communicating with your supervisors to ensure site and scope goals are achieved * Work independently or with a team across various environments: warehouses, retail, restaurant, offices, etc. Who We're Looking For We're seeking proactive, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to grow with us. Our ideal candidate has: * 2+ years of experience in low-voltage cabling or security systems * 1+ years of experience in CCTV and/or commercial networking * Certifications such as BICSI Technician or NICET (preferred but not required) * Strong communication, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Professional conduct and communication at all times Why Join Totality Solutions?
