Job Overview and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse, your primary role will be to provide exceptional, patient-focused care that aligns with departmental requirements and state-specific standards. You will work collaboratively with healthcare providers and the care team to deliver individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing frameworks such as ‘Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.’ Additionally, you will serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our organization’s vision, mission, and values to ensure a remarkable patient experience and favorable clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the patient's condition upon admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in their status.
• Carry out procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of care in the patient's medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications, observe the patient for therapeutic responses, and take appropriate actions in case of any adverse reactions.
• Deliver outstanding care by responding swiftly to patient requests, anticipating their needs, and addressing them proactively.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up care, ensuring clarity by simplifying complex medical terms.

Qualifications Required:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment
• No travel required
• No prior experience necessary
