Asistente de Gerente de Propiedades - Roving Esta posición apoya varias ubicaciones en el área de South Sound del oeste de Washington, incluyendo propiedades en Olympia, Lacey, University Place y Fife. La asignación exacta se determina en función de las necesidades comerciales y puede incluir viajes a otras localidades dentro de la zona. Horario: martes a sábado, 9 AM a 6 PM. Se ofrece una asignación mensual de conducción de $500 consistentemente. Responsabilidades Supervisar las operaciones diarias y la gestión de la comunidad designada. Garantizar la entrega de servicio excepcional y la satisfacción de los residentes. Colaborar con el Gerente de Propiedades para desarrollar y ampliar tus responsabilidades. Administrar el presupuesto, controlar gastos y evaluar el impacto financiero en la comunidad. Redactar y difundir comunicaciones a residentes, incluidas notificaciones y anuncios. Actuar como Gerente de Propiedades interino, asumiendo responsabilidad total en su ausencia y manejando escaladas, reportes y operaciones generales. Mantener cumplimiento con la Regulación de Vivienda Justa y todas las leyes federales y estatales aplicables. Gestionar el ciclo completo de arrendamiento, desde consultas iniciales hasta mudanza. Apoyar esfuerzos de ventas y marketing, asegurando precisión de la publicidad en línea. Realizar inspecciones regulares de la propiedad y de los apartamentos, e identificar necesidades de mantenimiento. Coordinación con el equipo de mantenimiento para finalizar órdenes de trabajo oportunamente. Cumplir procedimientos de seguridad e informar sobre peligros potenciales. Viajar a sitios distintos según necesidades comerciales. Ejecutar otras tareas según lo asignado. Requisitos Licencia de conducir válida y transporte confiable. Disposición para viajar entre varias ubicaciones dentro del área. Capacidad para aprender y adaptarse a nuevos sistemas y herramientas de software. Bilingüe en inglés y español es una ventaja. Trabajo presencial; el trabajo remoto no es elegible. Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de servicio al cliente, integridad y trabajo en equipo. Se requiere pasar verificación de antecedentes penales, historial de conducción y prueba de drogas. Compensación Asignación mensual de conducción de $500.
