plays a critical role in expanding access to life-changing care, strengthening community partnerships, and supporting sustainable organizational growth.

About The Role The Vice President of Business Development is a senior growth leader responsible for driving admissions, census growth, revenue performance, and market expansion across the east region. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for a field-based clinical outreach team while developing and strengthening referral relationships that increase patient access to care. The VP of Business Development partners closely with Admissions, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to execute growth strategies that improve referral productivity, expand market share, optimize payer mix, and increase utilization across all levels of care. This leader combines business development expertise, healthcare industry knowledge, data-driven decision making, and people leadership to deliver sustainable growth and exceptional outcomes.
