You will represent leading brands inside retail environments, connect directly with customers, and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a team-focused atmosphere, learning new skills, and taking on opportunities for advancement.

No previous sales experience is required. InfiNova provides hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the resources needed to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Create positive customer interactions through professional, face-to-face engagement.
• Introduce customers to products, services, and promotional offerings.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide knowledgeable support while representing partner brands.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process from introduction to completion.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in training focused on communication, customer service, and leadership development.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Schedule: Full-time availability, including weekends as needed.
• Work Environment: This is a 100% in-person position located inside retail partner locations.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $15.92-$30.00 per hour , based on experience and performance.

Employees are also eligible to earn performance-based commissions . Employees are guaranteed at least their hourly wages for all hours worked, including applicable overtime. If commission earnings exceed hourly wages during the applicable pay period, employees receive the higher commission amount in accordance with applicable law.

High-performing team members may earn $800-$2,000 per week . Actual earnings vary based on individual performance, hours worked, and sales results and are not guaranteed.
