Position Overview Full Time, Cerritos, CA, US – 4 days ago. Salary Range: $23.00 to $26.00 Hourly. Role Purpose Main purpose of the Social Media Coordinator role: This is a full time role for a candidate who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Major Responsibilities Coordinate and execute content shoots for IG feed, Stories, co‑ops, and paid ads. Own, create, and publish content to social media channels. Maintain tracking documents and produce monthly recaps. Liaise with the performance marketing team on paid assets and paid social media marketing initiatives. Liaise with graphic teams to request digital artwork, animations, and graphic assets for social media. Liaise with influencers for HR/email, social assets. Attend editorial photo shoots to capture behind‑the‑scenes content. Attend and cover brand activation events to capture content. Required Competencies Eye for creating and curating on‑brand, engaging content. Understanding of social media metrics and analytics. Understanding of third‑party platforms, e.g., Dash Hudson, Google Analytics. Knowledge in using photo and video editing apps to create social assets. Must be organized and able to keep up with tight deadlines. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience in creating original content. Active on social media. Knowledgeable of fashion influencers and REVOLVE brands. Basic skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Copy/caption writing experience. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in social media marketing. Knowledge in data tracking and analytics. Experience in project coordinating/managing photo shoots.
