Overview: Job Details: Job ID: 5818-1 Title: Agile Coach Duration: 12+ months Client: Metropolitan Transportation Authority Location: 2 Broadway , NY 10004 (ONSITE) Primary Job Duties/ Tasks: Key responsibilities include coaching teams on Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban; facilitating training sessions and workshops; implementing best practices and tools; and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and improve performance. This position operates in a consultative capacity without direct managerial responsibilities, focusing on influencing teams, enabling cultural change, and supporting enterprise-wide Agile maturity in alignment with the broader MTA-IT strategy. Work Experience (required):
- At least 8 years of Agile coaching experience
- Proven experience coaching for agile product transformations in large, complex environments
- Demonstrated hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide agile transformation initiatives
- Strong background in change management, organizational design, and driving cultural transformation at scale
- Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent credentials.
